Over three years ago we moved from the Austin area to Magnolia and spent almost that entire time trying to find plumbers, handymen, electricians, etc. -- all with no luck. Then about six months ago a friend and neighbor of ours gave us the name of an electrician, Jason Harwell. We decided to give him a call and, pardon the pun, but he has lit up our life ever since. Jason is exactly what we all hope to find as an adjunct to our homeowner tasks. He is outstanding from every perspective. He tells you specifically when he can come get your project done and then actually shows up!! Matter of fact almost every time he has called and been able to do it even sooner if it works for our schedule (very cooperative and considerate). Then he shows up AS SCHEDULED, not leaving you waiting for yet another 'non show'. His work has been completely satisfactory and he has now done several jobs for us. I have one 'problem' light that won't stay on which he worked on. When it still wasn't completely fixed he came back as soon as I called him about it, did more work on it and did not even charge for the return. As if all of this isn't wonderful enough....he cleans up after himself!!! Did I mention that he even likes animals and is very careful not to leave doors standing wide open as he has to go in and out which would allow the critters to wander out? On a scale of one to ten, he gets a 12 -- and I'm a perfectionist!
